How to Spa

Arrival: Please arrive 20 minutes before your treatment to complete a consultation form, allowing the therapist to tailor the treatment to your needs. Late arrivals will have their treatment time shortened, and you will still be charged the full price.

Booking Information: A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a loss of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel an appointment, please provide 48 hours’ notice, or 7 days for groups of six or more. Cancellations or no-shows within these periods will incur the full treatment cost.

Children Policy: The spa and thermal suite are not accessible to anyone under 16. You must be 18 or older to book a treatment. Children are not allowed in the spa waiting area. Children’s swim times are from 8-10 am and 6-8 pm.

Health Considerations: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking. If unreported, this may lead to changes or cancellation of your treatment. The Tylarium is not recommended for those with high blood pressure, circulatory issues, asthma, or respiratory conditions.

Pregnancy: Our spa team can guide you to suitable treatments during pregnancy. Hydrotherapy is not recommended, and treatments are only available after your first trimester.
